Domicile: The candidates are eligible for Registration in one Employment Exchange only in the state, where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District.
NOC for Employed Candidates: Applicants who are already employed and seeking better employment have to be registered only after the production of a “No Objection Certificate” issued by the employer. - Choose the “Apply with AADHAAR” option.
- Login to the portal using your Login ID and the OTP/Password received.
- Fill in all the necessary information as required.
- Scan all your Educational Qualification documents (Pass Certificate and mark sheets in chronological order from lowest level to highest level) and save them as a single PDF file. Upload this single PDF file.
- After successfully submitting the application, an Employment Exchange Card (X 10) will be issued to your registered Email.
Non-AADHAAR Based Verification Process

- Scroll down and go to the Important Link section on the portal.
- Click on the “Online Employment Exchange Registration” link.
- The official online exchange registration portal will open.
- Click on the “Register” button. Provide your Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, and State, then click the “Submit” button.
- Choose the “Apply without AADHAAR” option.
- Login to the portal using your Login ID and the OTP/Password received.
- Enter all your personal and educational details as required.
- Select a date and time for the verification of your documents.
- Physically visit the respective employment exchange office for document verification on the chosen date and time.
- Follow the guidelines and process as provided by the concerned officials.
- Upon successful completion of the verification process, you will receive your Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
