1. Junior Operator
- Total Vacancies: 215
- Vacancies in Assam: 10
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed Matric (Class X) and completed a 2-year ITI course in any of the following trades, along with a Trade Certificate/National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by SCVT/NCVT:

Work Experience:
Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in a relevant field (excluding training) in a factory or manufacturing organization. Apprentice training under the Apprentices Act after completing a two-year ITI course will be considered as experience if the candidate provides a National Apprentice Certificate issued/recognized by NCVT/NCVET.

2. Junior Attendant (Grade I)
- Total Vacancies: 23
Educational Qualification:
Higher Secondary (Class XII) with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks (as per relaxed standard for PwBD candidates).
Work Experience:
Not mandatory.
3. Junior Business Assistant (Grade III)
- Total Vacancies: 23
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (as per relaxed standard for PwBD candidates) from a recognized Institute/University. Candidates should have:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Relaxed typing speed of 20 words per minute (WPM)
Work Experience:
Minimum one year of post-qualification work experience (excluding training) in a commercial enterprise, manufacturing organization, government department, or PSU.
- Apprentice training in the optional trade of Accountant under the Apprentices Act after graduation will be considered as experience if the candidate provides a Certificate of Proficiency issued by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Other Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Recruitment 2025
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 26 years (for Unreserved candidates) as of 31st January 2025
Age Relaxation:
The upper age limit is relaxable as follows:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD (UR): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC – NCL): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Application Fee:
- ₹300/- (Non-Refundable)
- GST/Bank transaction charges must be borne by the candidate
- Exempted Categories: SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates do not have to pay the application fee
