The Punjab Police Constable Exam for the year 2024 has a total of 144 vacant posts available. These positions are divided as follows:

• Punjab Police Constables:
  • District Police: 970 positions
  • Armed Police: 776 positions

Total Posts: 1746 Positions

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Have passed the 10+2 Intermediate Exam from any recognized board in India.
• Must have studied Punjabi as a subject at the Class 10th Matric Level.
• Male candidates must have a height of 5 feet 7 inches, while female candidates must have a height of 5 feet 2 inches.
• Physical fitness requirements include completing a 1600-meter race in 6 minutes and 30 seconds for males, and an 800-meter race in 4 minutes and 30 seconds for females.
• Other physical tests include long jump (3.80 meters for males, 3 meters for females) and high jump (1.10 meters for males, 0.95 meters for females).
