• During training: Basic Pay of ₹50,000 per month (Pay Scale: ₹50,000-1,60,000)
• After training: Designated as Assistant Manager with a Pay Scale of ₹60,000-1,80,000

Eligibility Criteria for SAIL MT Recruitment 2024

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 28 years as of July 25, 2024 (born on or after July 25, 1996).

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in a relevant branch of engineering with at least 65% marks (average of all semesters).

GATE 2024 Score:

• Candidates must qualify for the GATE 2024 examination.
