2. The candidate must produce either a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency.

Educational Qualification:

  • A Degree in Arts/Science or Commerce from a recognized university by the Government of Assam, OR
  • H.S.S.L.C with a 3-year Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute by the Government of Assam/Government of India, and duly recognized by AICTE.

• Candidates should be between 21 and 38 years of age as of 01/01/2024.
