Assam Direct Recruitment(ADRE) Syllabus

The Government of Assam has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 12,600 Grade III and Grade IV posts under various departments. After the online application process is complete, a written examination will be held for the selection of these posts. The recruitment process includes a common written exam, followed by a skill test or viva for each category, and a merit list will be prepared for appointments.

Although the detailed selection process for ADRE 2.0 hasn’t been released yet, the Chief Minister of Assam has stated that it will be similar to last year’s process. Candidates are encouraged to review last year’s selection process to get an idea of what to expect.

Assam Direct Recruitment 2024 Syllabus Details

Exam Dates of Assam Direct Recruitment

This section provides the examination dates for the Assam Direct Recruitment examination. As of now, the examination dates have not been announced yet. Candidates are requested to check this section regularly for updates.

ADRE Syllabus for Class III Posts

The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has not yet released the official Assam Direct Recruitment syllabus for Class III or Grade III posts. Based on last year’s ADRE notification, candidates can get an idea about this year’s examination.

Selection Process: Candidates will be invited for an interview/skill test in a ratio of 1:2. Those who qualify in the written examination will be called for a computer proficiency test/skill test/interview.

Class III/ Grade III (HSSLC) Syllabus Details

The Assam Direct Recruitment Syllabus for the examination for posts with a minimum essential qualification of HSSLC or equivalent is as follows:

ADRE Syllabus for Class IV Posts

The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has not yet released the official Assam Direct Recruitment(ADRE) syllabus for Class IV or Grade IV posts. Based on last year’s ADRE notification, the following details are provided for aspiring candidates:

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected for the interview/skill test in a ratio of 1:2. Candidates with identical marks in the written examination will be invited for the interview/skill test.

Class IV/Grade IV Syllabus Details

The syllabus for the Class IV posts will follow the SCERT syllabus of the Class VIII Examination and Class X (HSLC Examination) based on the category of the post.

• For Read up to Class VIII Category: Based on the SCERT Class VIII syllabus.
• For HSLC Passed or Equivalent Category: Based on the HSLC (Class X) syllabus.
