SSC Admit Card 2023

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be conducting the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, in 2023. This examination aims to fill approximately 1558 posts in various Ministries/Departments/Organizations of the Government of India, as well as Constitutional Bodies, Statutory Bodies, Tribunals, etc. The SSC MTS & Havaldar Exam is scheduled to take place from 01st to 29th September 2023, as per the SSC Calendar 2023.

Candidates who have submitted their applications online for these positions are now able to download their admit cards from the official website of SSC, which is https://ssc.nic.in/.

SSC Admit Card 2023 Details

The Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2023 will be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). How to Download SSC Admit Card?

Candidates who have applied for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2023 can now download their admit cards for the examination. To download the SSC admit card, candidates should follow the steps below:

  1. Scroll down and go to the “Important Links” section.
  2. Click on the “SSC Admit Card” link.
  3. Enter your login credentials, which include your Registration ID and Date of Birth.
  4. Click on the “Submit” button.
  5. Your SSC Admit Card will be downloaded.
  6. Take a printout of the admit card for future reference during the examination.

Please make sure to carry the printed admit card with you to the examination venue, as it is a mandatory document for appearing in the exam.

Scheme of MTS Examination

The SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) examination will include the following stages:

  1. Computer-Based Examination: This is the first stage of the examination. Candidates will appear for a computer-based test that assesses their knowledge and aptitude. The questions will be multiple-choice and cover various subjects.
  2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST) (only for the post of Havaldar): For the post of Havaldar, candidates will undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). These tests evaluate a candidate’s physical fitness and ability to meet the required standards.

Candidates should prepare thoroughly for the Computer Based Examination and ensure that they are physically fit for the PET/PST if they are applying for the post of Havaldar.

Computer-Based Examination For SSC

The Computer Based Examination for the SSC MTS will be conducted in two sessions, Session-I, and Session II, on the same day. Both sessions are mandatory to be attempted; not attempting any session will lead to disqualification.

Here are some key details about the Computer Based Examination:

  • Type of Questions: The examination will consist of Objective Type multiple-choice questions.
  • Language of Examination: The examination will be conducted in Hindi, English, and in 13 regional languages.
  • Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking in Session-I. However, in Session II, there will be a negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer.
  • Time Duration: Each session will have a time duration of 45 minutes.
  • Normalization: If the Computer Based Examination is conducted in multiple shifts, the marks scored by candidates will be normalized using a formula provided by the Commission. These normalized scores will be used to determine the final merit and cut-off marks.
