Eligibility Criteria for Women and Child Development Recruitment

Age Criteria:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 38 years (as of 01/01/2023)

Age Relaxation:

• SC: 5 years
• ST: 5 years
• OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
• PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10 years

Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Residency Requirement: (i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam. (ii) Proof of residency, such as PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes or Employment Exchange Registration certificate, must be submitted along with the application form.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess one of the following: (i) Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with Philosophy/Education and Psychology/Economics from a recognized University.

OR (ii) Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Works/ Labour & Social Welfare/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Criminology from a recognized University.

OR (iii) Graduate in Child Development/Home Science/Nutrition from a recognized University.
